Laotieshan Lighthouse is a historic lighthouse in the South-Western tip of the Liaodong Peninsula. Installed by Chinese authorities, the Lighthouse was managed by Russia, Japan and Soviet Union in different periods of time before being returned to the control of China.
The Lighthouse was located about 12 kms South-West of Lushun (known as Port Arthur during the colonial period)
China commemorated the Laotieshan Lighthouse by the release of 80f stamp on 18-May-2002.

Built in 1893, the Laotieshan Lighthouse:
- Tower is ROUND CYLINDRICAL cast-iron
- Tower is painted WHITE
- Height is 14 meters
- Colour scheme of LIGHT is WHITE
- Light character is 2 (two) FLASHES every 30 seconds
