The Gibraltar Point Lighthouse is a Lighthouse located on the Toronto Islands in Toronto - Ontario. Ontario has a tremendous width East to West, including the entire Canadian side of the Great Lakes. This is the Oldest Lighthouse in Ontario and Second Oldest in Canada.
Canada commemorated the reputed to be the Oldest existing Lighthouse on the either side of Great Lakes with the release of stamp on 21-Sep-1984.
Built in 1808, the GIBRALTAR POINT Lighthouse:

- Tower is UNPAINTED gray stone
- Lantern painted RED
- Height is 25 meters
- Colour scheme of the LIGHT is GREEN
- LIGHT character is CONTINUOUS
