The Faro de Roncali Lighthouse is located on Cabo de San Antonio (Cape San Antonio) at the extreme Western tip of the Island, overlooking the Yucatan Strait which separates Cuba from Mexico. The Lighthouse was named for Count Federico Roncali, the Spanish Governor of Cuba during its construction.
This Lighthouse was commemorated by Cuba with the release of the stamp in the year 1980 (1st Lighthouse series).

Built in 1850, the FARO de RONCALI Lighthouse:
- Tower is CIRCULAR masonry
- Tower is painted WHITE
- Height is 23 meters
- Colour scheme of the LIGHT is WHITE
- LIGHT character is 2 (Two) FLASHES every 10 seconds
